At this exciting stage, your baby is becoming more curious, and starting to explore their environment through conscious movements. In this part of the course, we will focus on strengthening the babies' core muscles and balance systems. We will encourage and improve tummy time and support the babies in learning to roll over. You will learn how to engage your baby with playful activities that encourage communication, and how to create meaningful, stimulating waking hours that will also contribute to better sleep.


Ayala Zaidenberg is a certified baby development instructor trained in the First Step method, who has supported dozens of babies and parents, and looking forward to meeting you too.
